Walking Running Club

The Get Healthy Now running club is geared for employees who would like to train for a race or just learn to run for the health and fun of it. The club provides training for beginning to intermediate runners. All abilities are welcome to participate,as the routes are customized to meet your needs! Professional guidance is offered in nutrition, pacing, footwear, safety and more. Many of the programs start with walk, jog protocols.

Dates/Times:

  • January 8-April 26:
    • Mondays @ 4:30 p.m.
    • Tuesdays @ 12 noon
    • Fridays @ 7 a.m.

 Where:

  • Meets in Crawford Gym, Lower Lever, Room 17 (Belknap)
