Discover how to incorporate wellness into your everyday busy family life.  Simple strategies, hands-on activities, and resources you can put to work right away! For parents and caregivers of all ages; birth - teen.  

This is an interactive, high-touch program that will combine education, brainstorming, group dialogue, and activities to try at home with your family
