To participate in Get Healthy Now, we encourage you to take a health assessment—a free and confidential questionnaire that gives an immediate picture of your current health status and personalized recommendations for making improvements. After you have completed your health assessment, you will have the opportunity to discuss your results with a health advisor.

And, we invite you to participate in EMPOWERED Health Coaching, which will connect you with a personal coach who provides individualized, confidential, and professional attention to craft a plan that works specifically for you.  If your health assessment identifies health risks, you must enroll in an EMPOWERED Coaching program and speak regularly to a health coach in order to receive your incentive premium.
