Get Healthy Kentucky
Get Healthy Kentucky has been created to help each and every Kentuckian develop a healthier lifestyle. GHK has created an educational model focused on nutrition, physical activity and tobacco cessation. Every choice counts and by making the right choice, Kentuckians are better able to prevent and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. This will improve the health status of Kentuckians and create a healthy culture and environment not only for our children and grandchildren, but for all our fellow Kentuckians.
