• Prerequisite: HSS 382 Wellness Coaching
• Earn internship hours "on-campus"

• Prerequisite: HSS 382 (Wellness Coaching) and HSS492 (Wellness Coaching Internship)

• Gain understanding of UofL's health management program and the GHN fitness facility
• Improve your leadership skills
• Develop individualized exercise prescriptions
• Conduct group health and wellness presentations
  
• Acquire knowledge and competency in using equipment and instruments involved in a Health Fitness Assessment
