Billy Minardi Hall
Billy Minardi Hall is home to our all-male themed community. There are 38 bed spaces consisting of two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites. Amenities include a laundry facility, computer center, game room, conference room, theater room, dining room, and large, comfortable lounge area. The hall offers 24-hour desk reception.
Every resident who lives at Billy Minardi Hall must complete the themed housing application in addition to the on-campus housing application. For more information on the All Male Themed Community, visit the All Male Themed Community website.
Each suite includes individual bedrooms with locks and bathrooms with an extra-tall stand-up shower, individual closets, a queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, a dresser, and a desk/chair. Each common area includes leather furniture, a mini-fridge, and a microwave.
Billy Minardi Hall offers a special meal plan that includes 100 meals per academic year and are predetermined and communicated to all residents immediately prior to each semester. All meals are prepared by a personal chef. Students can choose to have an additional meal plan through Aramark (our dining services provider) and the Cardinal Card office.
