KBOX - ERTC Service Support

Submit a ticket

If you're faculty, staff, or a student worker and you need any assistance with technology issues, please submit a ticket through the KBOX service system and the appropriate ERTC staff member will help you.

Canon Print Drivers

Canon printers have been installed throughout the Porter Education building. In order to print from your computer (faculty/staff only), please install the appropriate Cannon Print Drivers.

Reset PaperCut Pin Number

Reset Pin

If you have lost or forgotten your PaperCut pin number, please log into PaperCut and navigate to Change Details link to reset your pin number.

TeamViewer Online Meeting Software

The CEHD has purchased a license to online meeting software TeamViewer. Download TeamViewer.
