The vision for our program is to be the leader in the areas of education and research as it relates to organizational leadership, learning, and performance. We will do this through the integration of practice, research, and community engagement. The faculty and staff of the Organizational Leadership and Learning (OLL) program are fully dedicated to these goals, which also includes the enhanced engagement of alumni, friends, and community stakeholders.
