Newest Technology Happenings

New ERTC Hours

The ERTC will no longer be opened on Saturdays. The ERTC hours (as posted on this page) are Monday through Thursday from 8am until 8 pm and Friday 8am until 4pm. If you need to use a public computer, Ekstrom Library has computers available.

Flat Panel News Monitors

The entire College of Education building has switched over to flat panel monitors to display important information. By Summer 2010, these will be installed in Crawford Gym, Thrust Theater, the Early Learning Campus, and the Gheens Science Hall & Rauch Planetarium.

Digital Video Recorders

Hate taping sample lectures on Hi-8 or mini-DV cassettes and then recording them to a computer to upload to LiveText? The ERTC has received new digital recorders to replace the old tape recorders so you can put your videos into LiveText much easier. Ask your professor about availability.

Professional Development Training Sessions

The ERTC staff will be hosting various training sessions for faculty, staff, and graduate assistants to attend. Register for available training sessions to get your desired time and date.
