KBOX - ERTC Service Support
If you're faculty, staff, or a student worker and you need any assistance with technology issues, please submit a ticket through the KBOX service system and the appropriate ERTC staff member will help you.
Newest Technology Happenings
SMART™ Board installations
Recently we've been upgrading certain rooms to contain SMART™ Board technology. This technology allows you to interact with the screen by touching it. You can also draw over the screen as well as record what you're doing.
New Computer Roll-outs
The ERTC is in the process of rolling out new computers to eligible faculty and staff. Their old computers, which are still good machines, will replace the aging computers in the ERTC labs and open area.
Professional Development Training Sessions
The ERTC staff will be hosting various training sessions for faculty, staff, and graduate assistants to attend. Register for available training sessions to get your desired time and date.
