The goal is the facilitator to lead a discussion in gender roles and the manner in which people should address each other as individuals as well as proper language to use between one another and not just persons that are male identify nor female identifying but language that can encompass all. Then after the discussion we will do some role playing between participants, they will be given a scenario of individuals encountering another person and and they will have to act it out ways in which they should and should not respond. The message I want the participants to go home with is, "Think before you speak." Instead of spewing ignorance the can share intelligence.
