COSW exists to promote gender equity at UofL for all women, femmes, and gender non-binary individuals.
COSW offers support so that every woman can achieve her goals. Diverse women at every table, every level, influencing every endeavor undertaken at UofL.
The Commission on the Status of Women and the Office of Employee Development and Success are launching a new series, Femme Forward- UofL Women’s Journeys. Femme Forward highlights the personal journey of women in the Cardinal family.
Each session showcases the story of their personal and professional journey, while providing networking opportunities for attendees and reinforcing that each individual's pathway is different. You’ll have the opportunity to connect and learn with UofL colleagues from all careers and backgrounds, exchange ideas, and grow as an individual. Learn more and register here.
