Reproductive Justice and Environmental Justice: A short primer 

This workshop will briefly introduce the RJ framework and movement, take a look at how environmental justice and reproductive justice overlap, and allow time for conversation and questions. 

Lori (she/they) is a queer writer, educator, and artist of indigenous Central American descent. They have worked at the intersection of political organizing and education, art, and media. She has done LGBTQ and prison abolition organizing at the local and statewide level, has worked in the abortion movement at the local, statewide, and national levels, and is now the education coordinator with SisterSong, the national women of color led reproductive justice collective. Their written work, largely art and movie reviews and analysis, along with some poetry, has been published by various small presses. She is a bicycle mechanic, sailor, and motorcyclist, and works on political/transportation/art projects in her spare time.
