In her role as Digital Organizing Manager and Social Media Manager at two non-profits in Kentucky, Skylar channels their energy into mobilizing volunteers and raising awareness for statewide campaigns. Skylar's commitment to equality is evident in their significant contributions, notably in raising national awareness for LGBTQ+ legislation. Her dedication to social justice extends beyond legislative victories; Skylar founded "Period Y'all," a nonprofit initiative addressing essential needs by providing free menstrual and hygiene products through a pop-up at the Garrard County Food Pantry.
