As CEO at TBAIN & Co, Tawana is known as a leading marketing strategist and visionary with a niche in Corporate Sustainability (CS)- convening skills to bridge the divide between cultures and ensure the environment serves future generations to come. Her areas of impact within CS are environmental and social. Bain has built a multi-faceted brand that endeavors to serve as a super connector to showcase cutting edge content and events using fashion and entertainment to drive connectivity across race, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status and gender making significant impact that improves the environment, equity outcomes and overall social impact in communities. Under the TBAIN & Co umbrella Tawana works with a business leader to strategize best practices for Today’s Woman – a regional magazine focused on driving authentic sisterhood and empowering women across this region.She is the proud owner of Black Jockeys Lounge a fine dining restaurant with Live Music, situated in the heart of downtown Louisville, known for serving as an intersection for various cultures to network, enjoy good food and enjoy art and Black Jockey Contributions to the Kentucky Derby. Tawana is a graduate of Brockport University and holds a BA degree in French Communications with a minor concentration in Computer Science. She attended L ’institute De Touraine in Tours, France, and accomplished proficiency in oral and written French Communications.
