An inclusive leader in the field of community development committed to co-creating healthy and sustainable neighborhoods for women and families of all ages.
Cassandra Webb is dedicated to cultivating networks of support and love for Black youth, families, and their communities. Over the past ten years she’s been an advocate of supportive policies for youth and young adults, investments in family and community resources, and resident voice and leadership in nonprofit and city government spaces. After graduating with her B.S. in 2012, she jump started her career at the Network Center for Community Change (NC3). Working as an education and youth organizer led her to other leadership roles within the city, including the Louisville Urban League, Metro United Way, Coalition Supporting Young Adults, and Play Cousins Collective. Cassandra currently works on local and national projects as Cities United’s Director of the Place of Promise Initiative and Russell: A Place of Promise (RPOP) co-lead.
