CardSmart is an enterprise-level technology platform that combines predictive analytics with communication and workflow tools that are utilized by administrators, faculty, staff, and students in a coordinated care network designed to proactively support student success.
What are the benefits of CardSmart?
CardSmart provides seamless communication among student success professionals who serve undergraduate students by creating a coordinated support system. When used to its full potential, CardSmart can help us identify which students need the most attention so that interventions can be made, ensuring that all students get the support they need when they need it.
How do I get access to CardSmart?
All current undergraduate students and faculty members will have access to log into CardSmart by using their ULink username and password.
New staff members and faculty advisors who need additional permissions need to complete the following steps:
- Complete FERPA training on BlackBoard - Instructions
- Complete the PeopleSoft Security Account Request form
- Under permissions requested, select Academic Advising, then EAB SSC access.
What do I do if I have a problem?
If you experience any oddities or bugs in the platform, please complete the Report an Incident form. If you have a questions on the functionality of the platform, you can send your inquiry to the CardSmart service account.
