Board of Directors

The Cardinal Venture Group, Inc., Board of Directors is composted of seven members: the President of UofL, the Directors of Athletics of UofL, three directors appointed by the president, and two directors appointed by the AD. In addition, the Chief Financial Officer of UofL serves as a non-voting, ex officio Director.
