Congratulations to Safia Alhrabi for receiving the Ovshinsky Student Travel Award ($750) from the Division of Materials Physics, American Physical Society (APS). Safia will present a talk on “Strain and interface effects on the stability and electronic properties of SiGe/GeC lateral heterostructure” at the March 2022 APS meeting.
