UofL's chapter of the Society of Physics Students welcomes majors of all disciplines. The only requirement? Enjoy Physics!

Check us out Fridays at noon in the Natural Science Building, Room 104 (Adam's Room) behind the double wooden doors. Each week we always have snacks, guest speakers, demonstrations, research and travel opportunities, and much more to promote physics at all levels. In conjunction with our local SPS chapter, UofL also supports a chapter of the Sigma Pi Sigma Physics Honor Society, which recognizes and promotes excellence in Physics.

How do I join the local UofL SPS chapter?

Dues to join our local chapter are $15 per semester, or $30 per year. Those who are also members of SPS National pay a reduced rate of $10 per semester, or $18 per year.
