Artist's Statement: I currently work as a fine artist in Beijing, China. I design and create works of art in the field of oil painting and the contemporary Arts, and I specialize in oil paintings that bear the mark of the digital age.I have been working in the field for more than twenty years and I have distinguished myself through my unique ability to generate virtual and photoelectric color effects that do not exist in the natural world, bringing new life to an ancient art by combining technology and traditional culture.

My work reflects the influence of the digital network on people’s living environments, thinking modes, and artistic creation. In perception, I try to bring the “virtual reality” to the “social reality” definition; the former exists in the digital and network world, where human beings live every day, but many turn a blind eye to this fact. Here the relationship of the bubble and fragmented shaped time and space needs to be realigned, and the understandings of vacuum and plenum break away from the ontology context of traditional philosophy. Blood Pressure, Sphygmus, Retina, Nerve, Emotion and other physiological and psychological behaviors interact with the fast-flowing information, and some new things that are different from the ancients burst in. I wish I could have the opportunity to present my work and idea through the issue.
