STRIDE: Strategies & Tactics for Recruiting to Improve Diversity & Excellence

The STRIDE Intervention is a comprehensive resource designed to guide search committees in identifying, recruiting, and hiring high-quality faculty while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Future STRIDE Training Workshops for faculty search committees will be offered by the Office of Faculty Affairs who is sustaining the STRIDE Intervention.


 

ATHENA STRIDE Toolkit

 The ATHENA NSF ADVANCE STRIDE Toolkit provides tips and resources to improve search committee effectiveness and diversify faculty candidate pools and hires. This toolkit is available for adaptation by other institutions and projects.
