Is ULtra free?
Unfortunately, the ULtra program is NOT free. There is a semester fee of $40. This fee will be charged to your JCTCs Bursar account. If you are a registered ULtra participant and you do not pay this fee after the due date, there will be a financial hold on your academic account. This does not allow you to register for courses in the following semester until paid.
