Description: This project consists of a new nine story cast-in-place post tensioned 1711 car parking garage located at the southwest corner of Clay and Muhammad Ali Blvd adjacent to the new Biomedical Research Building. Entrances will be off of both of these streets. Also included in the project is space for retail shops or offices at the ground level of the structure. The garage will feature state of the art security systems, high levels of lighting, and an attractive streetscape for pedestrians.
