Conference Housing Eligibility Guidelines and Application
Please read before continuing to the Conference Housing Application.
The University of Louisville Housing and Residence Life office provides on-campus housing for groups or individuals whose purpose is related to the education mission of the University.
Organizations and individuals affiliated with the University will have priority for available space. Some deadlines may apply to officially respond to requests for space.
A complete description of the program purpose must be provided prior to confirmation.
Groups will not be provided space to use University facilities for:
- Regularly scheduled meetings
- Instruction the normally would be offered by, or in cooperation with, any unit of the University unless that unit concurs.
- Meetings or events that substantially interfere with or detract from events sponsored by the University.
- Events for the purpose of political fund raising or rallies.
- Events for which an admission fee is charged, except by special permission.
- Events that do not serve a public purpose: those that have a sectarian purpose or theme.
