HIPAA Security Rule

HIPAA Security training is available as part of the annual Attestation and Disclosure (ADF) process which is required of all employees.  HIPAA Security awareness is provided as part of the General Security Awareness and Training module.

All persons who are required to complete the Privacy and Security lessons must do so within (30) days of their hire date or, if a transfer, their qualifying role assignment.  Department heads are responsible for ensuring all applicable faculty and staff have completed the required training.
