The Department of Purchasing is in the Service Complex Building, on Belknap Campus, at the corner of Brook and Warnock Streets.  The phone number to the main office is (502)852-6247.  Hours of operation are 8am-4:30pm.

The Department of Purchasing reports to the Director of Contract Administration and Procurement Services and is responsible for the procurement of supplies, equipment, services and construction; as well as manages Inventory Control/Surplus Property, and the Stockroom/Central Receiving.
