Research

The University of Louisville serves as an advocate of research and encourages its use to enrich education. This is seen through its many advancements and growth throughout the university research environment.

The Department of Radiology has developed infrastructure necessary to expand research efforts with the In Vivo Molecular Imaging Core Facilities (IMICF). In these facilities the core can generate functional data specific for probe developments and evaluations. Our professional staff work with investigators to develop time tables for experiments, determine suitable animals, and provide imaging expertise.
