Graduate Programs

The Department of Microbiology and Immunology offers both the Master of Science (M.S.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Degree Programs. The M.S. program can be completed in one of two tracks, either thesis or non-thesis. Both the M.S. and Ph.D. Programs offer broad training through course-work and research training using state-of-the-art immunological, microbiological, and molecular technologies. A competitive stipend, health care benefits, a full waiver of tuition and fees are provided to applicants accepted into the Ph.D. Program. Financial assistance (stipend, tuition, and benefits) is not available at this time for applicants accepted into the Master's Program.
