Faculty Development launches LIAM

Faculty Development has launched Leadership & Innovation in Academic Medicine (LIAM), a 10-month development program for early to mid-career faculty. For the first year, 16 faculty participants were selected from 54 applicants to attend monthly meetings to hone skills for leading others, within organizations and entrepreneurial thinking.
