University Pointe
UofL Campus Housing manages University Pointe in partnership with American Campus Communities (ACC). Conveniently located near Ekstrom Library, Greek Row, and the Brandeis School of Law, University Pointe boasts amenities such as lounges and study areas throughout the building, a swimming pool with hot tub and sun-deck, a professional barbecue grill, outdoor common areas with fireplaces, an on-site fitness center, a multimedia area, and more. The hall offers 24-hour desk reception.
Apartment amenities include:
- Fully furnished bedrooms with private bathrooms
- Living area with soft seating and tables
- Fully furnished kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, garbage disposal, and microwave)
- In-unit, full-sized washer and dryer
- All utilities included (water/sewer/trash, electricity, internet, and cable)
