Information for the Federal Perkins/Health Professions/Institutional loans for the
E-Sign process for your Promissory Note
- Have your U.S. Department of Education PIN for authentication purposes. This is the same PIN used to sign the FASFA form and Stafford Loan on the web. If you have lost your PIN or need to apply for a new one, you can apply for a PIN online at www.pin.ed.gov.
- Complete your Entrance Interview and Master Promissory Note.
