Entitlements and Deferments
Federal Perkins Student Loans offer many entitlements and deferments. While some entitlements are dependent on what year the borrower signed the promissory note, several entitlements are universal to all Perkins loan borrowers including Student Deferment, Economic Hardship Deferment, Unemployment Deferment, and Forbearance.
If you feel that you may qualify for one of these entitlements, please print the appropriate form and mail the completed document to the University of Louisville, Bursar's Office-Loans, Louisville, KY 40292.
