Campus Visits for High School Students
Are you interested in visiting UofL? For high school juniors and seniors, the Office of Admissions hosts a Campus Visit Program Monday through Friday and one Saturday per month. The program begins at 10 a.m. on weekdays and 10:30 a.m. on Saturdays (both times are Eastern Standard Time). Check available dates and times.
Your two-hour campus visit will include the following:
- Information session: a one-hour information session will begin your visit. A UofL admissions representative will discuss various topics including academic programs, the application process, campus life, scholarships and financial aid.
- A student-guided tour of campus: a one-hour tour immediately follows the information session. Learn about the history and traditions that have shaped the university. Visit academic buildings, a residence hall and the Student Activities Center (SAC). The SAC houses food courts, the bookstore, Cardinal game room and recreational facilities.
- Optional departmental visit: interested families can request an appointment to meet with a departmental representative following the formal Campus Visit Program. (If choosing this option, two weeks advance notice is required).
