Welcome to the Eighth Annual NIA College Preparation Conference registration page! We are excited you have chosen to learn more about what this conference can offer you. Join us on UofL's campus Saturday, November 5 from 9:30 a.m. -3 p.m. for a day of unique workshops and activities focused on college awareness and planning. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. Whether you are a student or parent, this conference offers sessions and activities to assist with college planning.

The day will be divided into five educational strands containing 2-3 workshop options from which students may select.  When reserving your spot, you will have the oppotunity to select workshops within the following topic areas (only one selection per time frame).

  • Strand A: Preparing for College: Where do I begin?
  • Strand B: A MAJOR Exploration: A look inside academic majors
  • Strand C: Financing your College Education - A creative approach
  • Strand D: The ultimate college experience*

* Students and parents will have lunch and attend this session together.

Parents will attend the following workshops:

  • Financing your child's education
  • Moving from college to career
  • Helping your child prepare for college
