Campus Visit for High School Students

    The Office of Admissions hosts a Campus Visit Program Monday through Friday and one Saturday per month. The program begins at 10:15 a.m. on weekdays and 10:30 a.m. on Saturdays (both times are Eastern Standard Time). Summer campus visit dates will be added to the calendar by the first week of May. Check available dates and times.

    Note: The June 14 & July 12 campus visits are for out-of-state students so please schedule accordingly. Thank you!

    Your campus visit will include the following:

    • Information session: a 45-minute information session will begin your visit. A UofL admissions representative will discuss various topics including academic programs, the application process, campus life, scholarships and financial aid.
    • A student-guided tour of campus: a 90-minute tour immediately follows the information session. Learn about the history and traditions that have shaped the university. Visit academic buildings, a residence hall, the Student Activities Center (SAC), and more. The SAC houses food courts, the bookstore, Cardinal game room and recreational facilities.
    • Optional departmental visit: interested families choosing the 10:15 a.m. campus visit time can request an appointment to meet with a departmental representative (i.e. Honors, Engineering, etc) by indicating it on the registration under 'additional requests'. If choosing this option, two weeks advance notice is required. NOTE: No departmental visits are available for the 2 p.m. campus visit times.

Scheduling online will allow you to select your date and receive a confirmation email with a link to directions and parking information.       Traditional BSN Program Information Sessions and Tours for High School Students

      The School of Nursing will hold information sessions and tours for prospective students at 2 p.m., immediately after the campus visit program, on May 24, June 7, and June 21 at the Health Sciences Campus. These sessions are primarily for high school Juniors and Seniors interested in the School of Nursing and last approximately 1 hour. We are located in downtown Louisville on the UofL Health Science Campus, not on the main Belknap Campus.
