Provide installation, maintenance, and upgrades for the temperature controls in all buildings. This includes an energy management system at Belknap and HSC campuses. The Belknap group is supervised by our Staff Engineer who is our engineering support on all campuses for chillers, chilled water and steam distribution systems, and all other HVAC system modifications.
