Portal Troubleshooting

Are you having trouble with the DRC Online Portal?  Here are the solutions to common issues.

Error Message

The DRC Online Portal uses your @louisville.edu Microsoft account to login.  If another Microsoft account (such as a personal account, family member’s account, etc.) is logged in on your browser, the portal recognizes you as being logged in already, but not with an account that has access to our portal, and gives an error message like the one below. If this happens, go to Microsoft Office 365 and log out of whatever account is currently logged in.  Then go back to the DRC Online Portal and log in using your @louisville.edu account.

Error message says there was a problem processing your request. The service is temporarily offline for scheduled maintenance or we're investigating a problem. We're working to get it back online as quickly as possible.

Classes Not Listed

The DRC Online Portal automatically pulls in the classes for which you're registered from ULink.  This data sync occurs overnight.  If you just registered for a class today, that means it will not be listed in the portal until tomorrow.  Occasionally a class will not pull in for some other reason, so if it has been at least a day since you registered for a course and it is not listed in the portal, contact us so we can help fix the issue.

Wrong Password

The DRC Online Portal uses your @louisville.edu account login information.  If you're having trouble with the password, contact Information Technology Services for assistance with resetting your password.

If you're having some other issue, please contact us so we can help you figure it out.  Remember that you can always submit a Service Request Form [Word] by email if needed, and can schedule exams by calling us at 502-852-6938.
