Please use the form below to submit digital signage announcement/event information. At the current time, information received will be formatted to into a predefined template similar to the image on the right.

When submitting content, information can be published to either the patient-facing display group (three displays), the faculty-staff-student-facing (FSS) display group (four displays), or both display groups. Patient-facing displays are located between the patient/visitor elevators on the first, second, and third floors. FSS displays are located between elevators in the basement, second, and third floors, and in the hallway across from Room 125/127 classroom entrances.

In order to provide Dental Informatics sufficient time to process submissions, please place requests at least three business days prior to the desired content publication date.
