Champion of Advocacy 
This award, presented on behalf of the Committee on Representation, Recruitment and Retention Committee, is presented to an individual that fearlessly advocates for gender balance and equity as well as support programs in career development and mentoring for women, femme, and non-binary individuals. COSW Catalyst Champion 
This award, presented on behalf of the Integration of Work and Family committee, is presented to a current COSW Commissioner or campus ally that works to promote the importance of integration of work and families.  Submit your nomination today!

Commissioner of the Year
This award, presented on behalf of the Commission on the Status of Women, is presented to a current commissioner who actively participates in the Commission on the Status of Women (COSW) through attendance at full meetings, committee meetings, and/or other related programs and events supported by COSW; advocates or advocated for the work of COSW to other constituency groups and/or the general UofL population; provides leadership to efforts that have led to a significant accomplishment by COSW and/or contributes in a significant and meaningful way to the overall goals of COSW. Volunteer of the Year
