Matthew Cave, MD quoted in NIEHS Environmental Factor Newsletter
Dr. Matthew Cave, IHSFC Core Director, was quoted in the December issue of the National Institute of Environmental Health (NIEHS) Environmental Factor newsletter. Dr. Cave speaks on overnutrition, chemicals and the association with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Cave states "So, why should we be concerned about environmental health and the liver?
