"No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance." – Educational Amendments of 1972

About the Title IX Office

The Title IX Office oversees all aspects of UofL's compliance with Title IX, including policies and procedures related to sexual misconduct and other forms of sex discrimination; coordinating training for students, faculty and staff; providing a fair process of investigating and adjudicating formal complaints; and ensuring that assault survivors have access to appropriate resources and support.
