Who is a mandatory reporter?
Almost everyone who works for the University of Louisville - including, but not limited to, vice presidents, deans, department chairs, directors, coaches, staff, UofL police officers, any contracted security personnel and faculty members - are all mandatory reporters. These employees are required by federal law to report any information of which they become aware regarding sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking to the Title IX Office.
