We’re pleased to implement a new set of technology productivity tools and services for everyone in the UofL community with Microsoft Office365. We look forward to the work efficiencies and cost saving measures available with these applications.

We’ve successfully completed both phase one and two of the go365 project. Beginning with a migration of employee email and calendaring, the first phase of a larger rollout involved changing from @exchange.louisville.edu to have email hosted on Microsoft’s dedicated cloud-based servers. Students, already successfully using Office365 since Fall 2010, saw their accounts migrate to simpler address. We’re ALL @louisville.edu with increased security measures and new collaborative tools.

Information Technology has also finished the second phase by transitioning all archives to go365 accounts. Whether you are using the online web application or on the desktop client, employees will be able to access their old Netmail archived emails within current Archive folders as connected to your UofL Outlook account. While Netmail archives continue to exist for a while longer in their current location, we hope that employees take advantage of having all of their emails (old and new) in one location.
