Information: The purpose of the conference is to provide undergraduate, master and doctoral students an opportunity to present research proposals in a friendly, yet formal, setting and to get constructive feedback from faculty and colleagues. It is a great way to prepare for larger conferences!

The Spring Research Conference is jointly sponsored by the University of Louisville, the University of Kentucky and the University of Cincinnati. The conference location rotates annually among the three institutions. This conference is free for all College of Education students, faculty, and staff at UofL, UC, and UK. Those outside of the College of Education (at any of the three participating schools) who wish to attend should contact the conference committee:

Abstract submission closed on 2/8/2021 at 11:55p EST. At this time, no late submissions will be considered. 


Conference registration is now open! Registration will close on March 1, 2021.

NOTE: Presenters must register as well. 

Conference Program

A digital copy of the conference program will be available by March 4, 2021. 

Conference Session Formats

Paper Session

Recorded

Presenters will present their papers in a pre-recorded format. The presentation should highlight key information related to the rationale, methodology, analysis, results and discussion. All recorded presentations should not exceed 15 minutes in length. Presenters will then engage in 10 minutes of live Q&A following the end of their recorded presentation. 

Poster Session

Presenters will present their posters in a pre-recorded format. The presentation should highlight key information related to the rationale, methodology, analysis, results and discussion. All recorded presentations should not exceed 15 minutes in length. Presenters will then engage in 10 minutes of live Q&A following the end of their recorded presentation. 

Notes:
  • All recorded sessions (paper and poster) will be made available on the conference website the day before the conference formally begins and will remain available after the conference concludes. 
  • Presenters will receive information on how to upload their recording in their acceptance notification.
