Visit UofL

See for yourself what awaits you at the University of Louisville.

Updated July 6, 2020

University officials are continuing to monitor the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus) situation, which changes frequently, and will inform the community about policies, procedures and activities related to UofL's virus protection and response efforts. View admissions-specific updates regarding COVID-19.

We're currently offering both on-campus visits and virtual experiences for so you can learn more about UofL.

***Please note: The same information is presented at both the in-person and virtual campus visit, so students do not need to attend both. If you have attended a virtual presentation, we welcome you to take an in-person tour of campus with a self-guided or hybrid tour.

In-Person Campus Visits

We are excited to welcome you to campus!  Our campus visit program includes a 30-minute presentation from an admissions representative and a campus tour designed to promote physical distancing.

***Please note, on July 21, 2020, the Kentucky Department for Public Health issued an advisory for travelers to Kentucky from 9 states and one U.S. territory to self-quarantine for 14 days. We ask that students and families who have traveled to or are from the following states/territories to reschedule their visit once the advisory is lifted; Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Mississippi, Nevada, South Carolina, Texas and Puerto Rico.

Virtual UofL Presentations

The Office of Admissions offers a virtual UofL presentation designed to meet the needs of students who are unable to visit our campus in person at this time. Virtual UofL Presentations offer a live presentation from an admissions counselor, as well as the opportunity to ask questions in our virtual chat and have them answered real time. You may supplement your virtual experiences by taking an online virtual tour, reviewing our digital academic brochures, or (if you're in the area) taking a self-guided, on-campus tour.

Virtual Hometown Cardinal Glances

Hometown Cardinal Glances are one of the best ways for high school students to connect you with their specific admission counselor and students from their area. This virtual presentation will give an opportunity to learn about academic options, scholarships, financial aid, housing, but most importantly a chance to engage and interact with students from the area and ask questions to a specific UofL admissions counselor. You may supplement your virtual experiences by taking an online virtual tour, reviewing our digital academic brochures, or (if you're in the area) taking a self-guided, on-campus tour.
