Anika has served college students in various roles, including multicultural affairs and student involvement. She is dedicated to helping students develop the skills and tools they need to be successful in higher education and life beyond college. Anika has a Bachelor of Social Work from Union University and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Baylor University.

Toni is a native Louisvillian and returned to UofL in June 2021. After working in admissions and financial aid roles at colleges and a private school for over 10 years, she looks forward to using her experiences to build connections and guide students on their educational journey. Toni has a Bachelor of Arts in Music from UofL, a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Indiana University, and Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky.

Eric was born and raised in Louisville and has been working at UofL since 2014. He has experience working with UofL students throughout their journey, from admissions to major exploration, advising, and teaching. He takes pride in building relationships with students and helping them achieve academic and personal success. Eric has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master of Education in Counseling - concentration in College Student Personnel, from UofL.

Originally from Indiana, Heather is a first-generation college student that is passionate about guiding students through their collegiate experience and supporting them in navigating the many barriers that can often arise. As an advocate for student success, Heather has worked in higher education for over 14 years in a variety of student-facing roles. Heather has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminology from Indiana State University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University.

Tony has worked at UofL since 1998 and has focused on academic counseling, mentoring, and guidance. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Higher Education Administration, and a Master’s of Science in Social Work. Tony likes to read for fun, is an avid video gamer, and enjoys running, gardening, and working around the house.

He is passionate about guiding students toward a better understanding of who they are and where they want to be. Annie has worked in higher education in the areas of academic support services, academic advising, and teaching. Prior to higher education, Annie was a high school college and career specialist. She believes students are people first and enjoys being someone who will both advocate for students and encourage students to learn about themselves and take agency over their education experience. Outside of work Annie loves being active and outdoors, reading and writing, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
