A vibrant innovation ecosystem requires a deep pool of talent that reflects the full diversity of the community. The Hub is leveraging the university's resources and those of community partners to build a robust and inclusive regional talent pipeline that supports the region's human capital needs, with a particular focus on data, analytics and healthcare. Our objectives include:
- Partnering with community organizations to provide training;
- Training trainers within those partners to create a sustainable skills pipeline;
- Providing digital credentials for UofL students; and
- Supporting placement into family sustaining jobs.
