Other Type of Clinical Project for Review
Projects with clinical components but which are not specifically clinical trials may include clinical research agreements (ULRF template), clinical registry agreements (involving data), clinical repository agreements (involving tissue), service agreements (ULRF template), and equipment loan agreements.
To establish a clinical agreement, please forward the following documents to CCD.
- Clinical agreement (either sponsor’s contract or ULRF clinical agreement / service agreement template)
- Statement of work
- Part A TRIA (Transmit for Review and Initial Assessment)
Your contract specialist will use these documents to begin negotiating an agreement with the sponsor. A signed Part B MIRA (which includes essential study details, acknowledgement of participant responsibilities and commitment of departmental resources) must be received by the CCD prior to contract execution.
Note: All standalone material transfer agreements (MTAs) are handled by the Office of Technology Transfer (OTT). Contact OTT for more information.
