The Clinical Contracts Division (CCD) provides support services to faculty and staff conducting clinical trials and other research involving human subjects. The CCD supports research sponsored by industry, both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, as well as funded research that flows through third parties. This includes governmental flow-through if funding to the university is via industry sponsors and non- or for-profit organizations.

The CCD’s support services include negotiation of contracts/agreements and the review and submission of proposals and applications.
